This was covered in the World War Three roundup that gets posted to 
slash.autonomedia.org (can't remember the author's name - Bill something - damn good 
updates, worth reading). As he said, there are rumours, but nothing that adds up to 
anything at this point. Till the conspiracy theories have proof behind them, I'm tending 
to ignore them (particularly since I feel they tend to nullify the agency of everybody 
besides the US).
