Subject: AUT: SO IS Cuba moving towards market (ie neo-liberal) capitalism?

My original post, was asking whether the ruling class
of Cuba was pushing Cuba towards market (neo-liberal)
capitalism. Thanks to a certain person who shall
remain un-named, I don't think we've actually
discussed this.

In China, for example, they seem to be moving to some
form of neo-liberal capitalism:

So I was curious whether or not the same move towards
neo-liberal capitalism, is being pushed by the ruling
class in in Cuba.
