I'd second what Chris wrote about Radical America - not just because of the
influence of James (on Paul Buhle at least, not sure about the other editors),
but also because it addressed a wide range of concerns related to social
self-organisation. It was one of the first places I found stuff from Italy -
and not so much pieces written by prominent theorists, as accounts of various
struggles.

Graphically it was quite interesting too, particularly by the seventies ...
