Thanks for posting this - part of the problem with Kautsky is the variety
of titles applied to translations of his work. Having seen this I can see
it's the same article (originally 'Der Imperialismus' in German) thats
online at http://www.marxists.org/archive/kautsky/works/1910s/war.html
under the title "Imperialism and the War". (This online version is a
contemporary english translation, which translates UltraImperialism as
super-imperialism).

A different modern translation of long extracts from this article appears
in Patrick Goode's anthology "Karl Kautsky - Selected Political Writings"
(Methuen 1983) along with two excerpts from the article you mention "Zwei
Schritte zum Umlernen". Theres an interesting short account of part of
Kautsky's argument in "Zwei Schritte zum Umlernen" in Massimo Salvadori's
"Karl Katsky and the Socialist Revolution 1880-1938" (New Left Books
1979, 1990).

If you're interested in scans of either of these contact me off-list.

On the subject of Kautsky if anyone knows of an english translation of
his 1908 article "Die historische Leistung von Karl Marx" (I think a
direct translation would be something like 'The historic achievement of
Karl Marx') I'd be very interested in details.
