This may sound trivial, but I don't have email addresses of the people
who might help, so had to post here:

A while ago, the new Bonefeld and Tischler book, "What is to be done?" was
(thanks to Chris, Werner and others) distributed as a pdf file. Then it
was put up online at the following site:

Now, I just finished reading Chapter 8, and Sergio Tischler's Chapter 9 is
missing from the pdf version I have. The web site is also down. Is there a
complete version of the file around?
