Hi,

As a lurker on this list for several months, I have not found Scott's posts
totally useless. Regardless of his intentions, I know that I have found much of
the responses and discussion resulting from his posts to be quite interesting.
I think allot of useful discussion has taken place that would have otherwise not
have if there was not a left-capitalist perspective like Scott's here to
stimulate it. That's not to say that the discussion would be less interesting
without him (I'm not that familiar with the pre-Scott era on autopsy), just that
his presence has not been totally negative.

I do agree that the sheer amount of Scott's posts can be annoying, but there are
several others here who are also quite prolific in their ability to post to this
list. Content rather that quantity seems to be the real issue here. I don't
remember, were there any political guidelines you had to agree to when you
signed up?

On that point, IMO the censorship argument doesn't seem to be that relevant. Is
this list for communist discussion or is it a forum for 'freedom of speech'. If
Scott is disruptive to the purpose of this list then by all means boot him. At
the moment I'm not sure he is.

Steve is (w)right. Us lurkers (which I'm not sure if Steve really is) should
definitely speak up a little more.
