I have a filter set up that says:
if SENDER=Hamilton and SUBJECT=AUT then MOVE to folder TRASH

This way, you don't have to use up the extra energy reaching all the 
way for the delete button.  The main thing is not to feed the trolls, 
they die out from lack of attention more than anything else. It would 
be quite nice to have discussions with intelligent, searching content 
rather than sectoid blather...
