it's not from my messages that one could imply that I accept the slogan "no blod for
oil" as such. Just to repeat: the control of oil is the main condition for mantaining the
conditions of the "dollar's standard" in the world's economy, which, on its turn, is the
condition for the survival of the US capitalism, with its disastrous "fundamentals".
The formerly existant contracts between Iraq (Saddam) and the European, Russia
and Japanese oil companies foresaw the selling of oil by Iraq for Euros Rublos and
Yen. The condition for the contracts to be working was only the dropping of the
sanctions, that was the common objectives of European states and Russia.

Of course, that is not the only reason for the attack (hardly definable a "war") to the
Iraq. Strategic goals are also involved (have you observed the movements of the
US bases in the last 10 years around Russia and China?). But the main risk for the
working class is the future clash between Europe and Usa which is all in this first
"skirmishes".
Actually the wearing of T Shirt with the Chirac's pictures by some Middle East
people, could be nowadays folk, not meaningful. But here (Italy) we already heard
some "tute bianche" and other soc-dem leftists to talky about the "social values" and
the "human rights" being defended much more by Europe than by the US.
Something than make me tremble ad should make the workers to tremble.
