In that I think Wildcat is similar to the arguments we developed in Midnight Notes (respect your enemies) - tho there are indeed a variety of differences. I should be able to soon circulate a piece from friends in Notes arguing against the currency position -- which frankly makes not much sense to me, tho I too cannot claim any great knowledge there. One point on euro: to play the role the dollar has, the euro will have to prove its stability -- in the sense that it will survive the inevitable economic tensions of the confederation (at best) behind the euro.
