"Small Matter" describes Mathebula's life as a leader of a prison-
based gang network of newly proletarianized rural Africans which 
eventually engaged in small scale attacks targeting the weathly 
before Mathebula turned into a state accomplice. An interesting 
meditation on the ambiguous relationship between "crime" and 
"order".
