I think anything by Regis Debray and Franz Fanon as well as Fidel 
Castro's speeches would be a good place to start for this stuff, and of 
course Lenin's On the National and Colonial Question.  Hopefully these 
aren't too obvious, I'm not a marxologist either, just had to slog 
through this stuff as an undergraduate when I studied the WUO, the US's 
own Debrayist movement, now apparently either all in prison or 
practicing law or mwuhoohahaha teaching schoolchildren.  In the 
backwater I come from we pronounce the word "what" something like 
"Waeht" with the vowels sounded straight through your nose...
