Hey, who was it who mentioned the Sun City Girls? I ordered their album Valentines for Matahari. Great stuff. I take it from their website that their albums are all very different. Can anyone tell me about any of the other ones?

Despite the 'anarchic' and fucked up nature of the music on Valentines, it is actually very educated playing. A kind of fusion of free jazz and punk. Some passages seem to have uncanny echoes of Coltrane and Ornette, others a bit more like Sonny Sharrock's Guitar album. The best avante rock fusion thingy that I've come across since discovering Can about 30 years ago!

Now does anyone have any good recipes that they want to share?

Tahir
