I'd say most likely by Fredy and Lorraine Perlman, who run Black
and Red (well, Lorraine runs it alone now, since Fredy died).
The details might be given in the book "Having Little, Being Much,"
a bio of Fredy written by Lorraine a few years ago.  I have the
book, but I can't remember at the moment what she says about it.

BTW, a personal note: If the Zone translation isn't substantially
better or different, I'd recommend buying the Black & Red edition,
since that book is Black & Red's bread and butter and Lorraine is
such a nice person.  Zone is a big publishing house that doesn't
need the money nearly as much.  Their edition costs a fortune, too.
