No.  It's a collection of anarchist essays from the "Moorish Orthodox Radio
Crusade" (Hakim Bey and some other folks).  There are ASCII and HTML copies
floating around the net at this point.  I've got the ASCII version if you want
it.  The HTML version is available from:

The original booklet (with Jim Koehnline cover collage) is still available
for $4.50 postpaid from the Libertarian Book Club, who originally published
it.
