Which general public?  Hip university students in Berkeley, or bus drivers
in Montana?  I'm not being sarcastic: there'll always be someone (a lot of
someones, in our case) who have trouble finding our books.  You can't say
we have the "responsibility" to make sure that anyone in the world who
wants then can find copies of our books.  We do our best, and we're well
aware that our stuff can be difficult to find, but it's not always so easy
for a small publisher publishing the kind of stuff we do.
