This is a non-domesticated, not to mention carnivoruos, canine. You wouldn't cuddle it. That was a reason of my disappointment,i know that the animal was a symbol but the coyote was domesticated one, if you look in the movie you can see the mark of the necklace. It was a very calm wild carnivorous. Off cours we could say the coyote was only a representation and he doesn't have to be dangerous.
