Try "Concrete Poetry A World View" by Mary Ellen Solt (Indiana University
Press, 1970), an anthology which begins with an extensive history, fairly
common and easy to get, also "An Anthology of Concrete Poetry" by Emmett
Williams (Something Else Press 1967) no history but excellent bios on many
of the same poets
