Actually, the lists on the jefferson machine _are_ having problems at the
moment.  Things often disappear from the mail queue, or never get into
the mail queue to begin with, or get delivered but not archived, or...
>From what I understand, the Virginians are doing some maintenance of their
mail setup and that's been making (previously stable) things unstable.
