Not to be fannish, or too specific, but there's one album I've listened to
lately that just rocked me.  It's DUR NOYAU DUR, on the terrific
Quebecois Ambiances Magnetiques label, featuring the Martin Tetrault /
Rene Lussier duo.  Lussier is a guitarist, and Tetrault wreaks ungodly
havoc on turntables, vinyls, tapes, found sounds, etc.  It's noisy,
ambient free-improv.  Amazing stuff, IMO.  Really unlike anything I've
heard.  Many decisions, being made very, very fast.   Kind of a
"dromological" freak-out.  Just thought I'd share this opinion.  Apologies
if it's a bit off-topic.
