One H. von Hentig, there are Helmuth and Hartmuth, old prussian or whatever aristocracy, I dont have a Gotha, once wrote a book, as a criminologist in the USA, maybe, about this art, analysing some cases. I tried to write about this once, but I think there were problems with ibm.rhrz.uni-bonn.de or uni-bonn.de or whatever at that time. Case is the "deal" in the "Lambsdorff/Eisenman" agreement (s), "slaveworkers" in "Nazi germany". What I dont understand is the case of General Motors and Ford. I think it was war economy and the first benefit had the state. Firms payed taxes allready, not for this case ? Shure this has been discussed over pages in the NYT, what did they say ?
