Subject: Art of Peacemaking.


One H. von Hentig, there are Helmuth and Hartmuth, old prussian or
whatever aristocracy, I dont have a Gotha, once wrote a book, as a
criminologist in the USA, maybe, about this art, analysing some cases.
I tried to write about this once, but I think there were problems with
ibm.rhrz.uni-bonn.de or uni-bonn.de or whatever at that time.

Case is the "deal" in the "Lambsdorff/Eisenman" agreement (s),
"slaveworkers" in "Nazi germany".

What I dont understand is the case of General Motors and Ford. I think it
was war economy and the first benefit had the state. Firms payed taxes
allready, not for this case ?

Shure this has been discussed over pages in the NYT, what did they say ?
