Why ? ;-)

IMHO we are living in a time, where there is a new continent discovered,
the online world. And here...

Its to simple to say, that there is nothing new, that only the old rules
have to be applied. People say, "the internet isnt a lawless space", but
this isnt true, if you look closer. People try to do appropriations, to
repeat, what they allready did own in the old analogue world.
Digitalisation of things and networking, what this means, we will see some
day. See the war about napster etc, what is the difference between this
and analog "private copying" ? Nothing, even if it is the end of
traditional copyright. For exemple.
