I suspected that Brad Brace was some kind of fascist.  Look how he has
been playing with his clock.  It's so insidious.  First, in all innocence,
I start viewing his pix.  Nothing wrong with that.  Isn't there some kind
of federal law about truth in advertising, bait and switch? So now he's
had me holding my breath for several weeks of thirteen hour increments.  
It's like Apollo 13, even the Vatican is involved in the vigil. Each day I
waken with new hope; each day he dashes it.  The Island of the multiple
Days Before. What day is it?--yesterday!  Chained us in a Platonic cave,
without even moving shadows.  Parmenides never changing e-flow.

You know how superstition works, too. You start getting paranoid, "Maybe
it's a critique of me as fashion victim. Maybe Brad Brace KNOWS that I
never wear anything but my workout clothes around Waco."  Religious angst,
fear and guilt.  Sacrifice a credit card to appease the celestials.
