We have lived here never without such an "Echelon" system, as far as
telephony was concerned. Maybe for good reasons, and yeah, I liked frogs
too, when I was in Vendee ;-)

Anyway, this Michel Foucault is surprisingly fresh, I had a book about the
lettres de cachet, but it seems, that french legal history is also very
special...
