Actually, the bombing was done not by klan members but by the police 
department at the orders of the then-mayor Wilson Goode, Philadelphia's 
first African-American mayor. Like the ATF/FBI fiasco in Waco many years 
later, this was a classic case of authority using brute power because that 
is all it understands. A total fiasco.
