Tell your friend about Carl Johnson, King of Country Porn, who
got himself arrested, convicted and sent to prison for 3 years
for allegedly threatening to assassinate federal officials. He's
now at Three Rivers Correctional Facility in Texas.

Carl thought his on-line page which offered to kill misbehaving
feds was a work of art and humor, in the vein of Dario Fo, but 
that did mollify his critics who treated it as serious world class 
terrorism aiming to undermine respect for the state and
comforting authority.

Still, Carl is often thrown into the Secure Housing Unit (once
known as The Hole) for continuing to besmirch his critics,
sometimes using his own shit and blood as paint.

Still, Carl has a roof over his head, three meals a day, medical
and psychiatric care, free use of a computer and copier and
all the other benefits of a Home/Office. This is much superior
architecture to the pick-up truck he lived out of for several
years prior to being empalaced in classical digs.

Hark, the cheapest way to get free rent and food and
other entitlements is to commit a felony, preferrably 
federal. A tip: Bribing federal officials won't do it.

Public housing is going out of fashion as fast as more expensive
prisons can be erected. Same for art which sedates rather
than grossly offend.

Tell your friend to guitar-fuck with people's heads and give 
up entertaining them. He'll be a subsidized landmark artist in
no time.
