Subject: a book.....

'there's a very bataille like book written by a Toronto
author.. a strange set of stories about a ... nurse... who makes love to
all her dying... patients... abandoned... forlorn ... men no one else...
will touch.... inthat way... some espace of liberty desire.. and eros
occurs and a space of intimacy between the dying... I have this book
somewhere around the house... but like so many others... I cannot find
it... it appears then vanishes... it leaves traces... of its intimacy..
and says ... I am... here... somewhere... come and find me.... and I am
yours...
... and the writer's name is Crad Kilodney.. and it is very sad...
sort of, and very funny... I remember reading it with a lover in bed...
and we cracked up.. as we lay leaning there... reading... and laughing as
we knew how lovers were... how fleeting it was and yet seeing that gap it
was so funny.... Tales of Human something or Other it was called... it
whispered across all its bones and desire of want and gratified pleasure
before one death... one could not avoid.. one's own....
.... so being sad is not so bad... when it is so comical...
.......
