Foster" <borealis-AT-mail.wellsgray.net> Subject: Re: conflict of interpretations Faizi writes: >There is no reason for you to find it necessary to defend the boy against me, >John. I am his enemy and, as such, I wish him well. He is not my enemy. What makes you think that I need not come to his defence? I can do what I want. I would like to discuss the contents of the messages, not the merits of the messenger ad infinitum. You have posted a series, in the manner of ongoing litany, what you hate about certain people. If you are not interested in mystical theology, then why heap scorn on those that do appreciate speculative theology, and practice care of the soul? I asked you to rationally and intelligently provide a discussion regarding your notion of Truth. Where is it? Ariosto is busy providing an intertextual discussion about the subject. Why not participate in the discussion on a rational level, as opposed to passionate opinions about Ariosto. Make some sense. Please engage in the discussion rather than in hyperbole. Who cares about your opinion anyway if it is ultimately based on dislike? I want to know what you think about the topic of truth, rather than your feelings about Ariosto. "To thine own self be true. This should follow as day unto night. Lest thine self be untrue to others." [Shakespeare] >I make no apologies to anyone. > >Faizi > >
