from shore to wild shore there is love tossed like horses manes in the wind
in the kitchen for a brief moment
the children squeel like orange rinds would
it would appear

in a tizzy
they swirl and like like a mass
of fall leaves left on the floor
which have only fallen there a moment ago
they are gone at the
mention of being put to work
really now their mother only wants them out
of the way for a bit
like the clean dishes that
are stacked on the August kitchen counters
what is she really thinking about?

monetary epistemologies
politicized eroticism
or hot apple pies
with homemade icecream?
