I think that the computer screen may be more accurately related to as
a window.  One can look through it leaving the window closed as some
transparent barrier, or it can be opened to let the bugs fly in and out 
freely.  One can even leave the blinds closed and merely peek under
them to watch the activities in cyberspace.  But, can one climbe through
and be truly present for others?  Or is there a terminal lack of presence
in this mode of communi(ty)cation?
