In answer to Erin's question, "The Perfect Crime" was published in 1996 by Verso
Press in a beautiful translation by Chris Turner. It is 149 pages, longer than
many of the later Baudrillard essay-blown-up-into-a-book fetish objects. It is
about the same length as "The Transparency of Evil."

Fatal Theory NFL Pick of the Week #2: NY Jets +6-1/2 over Indianapolis

The Jets have come within 4 points of winning (or won) each of the past 4 games.
The Colts are reeling, having lost 4 in a row, and they are banged up on defense
(the Jets' strength is their offense, so long as O'Donnell stays on IR).
