Subject: just a small thought...


I've just finished a book by Arthur Kroker which is about technology and 
postmodern theories. There is one really cool chapter linking and discussing 
Barthes and Baudrillard. It deals with their attitudes towards mythology, the 
idea of 'viral theories' and what he calls the 'cynical sign' in the society 
where there is nothing but a rhetorical steamroller crushing everything which 
doesn't fit in in its path.
Well, I thought it was good :)
Anyone else read it and care to comment?
