I especially loved the way that the book, _Simulacra and Simulations_, was
only simulating a book on the shelf...since the pages had been cut out so
that it was "really" a "safe." But then later we find out that, in fact,
even the SAFE is a simulation--not "there" any more than the spoon.
Wonderful flick. Melodramatic, overdone, ridiculous....wonderful.
