So,

  What I am getting is that the object is in a quasi-object status mostly 
tending towards fate, where the subject is in/of a  more of a state of 
desire. 

   So the subject/object binary has to be dropped to get at this special 
baudrillian notion of subject being created by the object it finds.  That is, 
he uses these terms for poetic or rhetorical effect, but they really haven't 
much to do with the way the rest of us use these words.   

 I not complaining, just querying.
