It's quite delirious in many ways. He describes the coming of a knowledge space in which, in gnostic fashion, we gain angelic bodies that take part in an emergent collective intelligence of network technology. It's not the web he's talking about, but a technological noosphere in line with the de Chardin-McLuhan-Baudrillard-Kroker genealogy.
