I went to last summer's conference at the University of East London. 
There will be a collection of essays coming out (published I think by 
Harvester) based on the conference papers.  I'm just about certain there 
won't be a conference this coming summer, even though there was, or 
seemed to be, a strong inclination toward one after the success of the 
last one.  (I managed to get funding from my department to fly over this 
summer to attend this, as it turns out, non-event, so I tried fairly hard to 
find out whether it was going to come off or not.)  If you want 
information on the essay collection, you might contact Bill Bowring at UEL.
