For Colin and Tim and others --
 
By designating Ruth and Tobin and Hans I did not mean to exclude. 
The idea was to summarize what we definitely had and to get moving
on that.  If there are others now ready to commit, in particular
Tim, and also Derek,  they should definitely be included in our
proposal.  As I mentioned my understanding is that there are a few
two hour slots available, so that if we have 4 or 5 presenters we
can request one of those.  If we have six or more we can request
two panels.  We should have as strong a presence as we possibly
can.  
 
Also once we get one proposal in we should not let the matter drop,
but explore the possibility of other possible proposals (including
the reading session) before the deadline for submissions closes.
