"Philosophical Ideologies" has been promised since the late 70s, and a quick scan over Bhaskar's prefaces and introductions makes clear that he is prone to promising sequels and follow-up volumes. The 3rd editions you mention, and "Ideologies" are still in the realm of vapour-ware.
