I am in favor of finishig the reading of RTS before we take on any
other systematic reading! RTS is a foundation. And there is much much
important stuff both in the chapter we are now working on and the next
one. "The Logic of Scientific Discovery," chapter 3, is essential for
the concept of real definition, which is one of the things that
characterizes critical realism and is likely to be most contestab
(Ayeeah! Critical Realism is an essentialism!!) It would be very
helpful if everyone on the list would take a shot at the exposition,
analysis or criticism of any small selection from the current reading
so we can deal with it and move on.

Remember all the posted readings of RTS are avaialbe through the list
if anyone has just tuned in.
