Subject: BHA: Questions ...

This is from DP:

Thanks to Tobin, Colin, and others who were so kind to have shared
their thoughts about the 'constructed' or 'unconstructed' nature of
'generative mechanisms'. In some other domains of thought (e.g.,
*systems thinking*, with which I am quite familiar) MANY types of
'mechanisms' are recognised: e.g., unconstructed, constructed,
self-constructed, etc. Kindly give your comments on this type of
approach.

There is another question bugging me. Millions in India (the country
I come from) accept that earth-quakes occur because 'mother earth'
rolls over in her sleep. To them, it is a perfectly good
'explanation'. Are they 'wrong'? Guilty of 'false consciousness'?
