Note the topic of the book is not CR. Rather Bhaskar's critique is 
briefly summarised at the beginning so as to deal precisely the sort 
of 'killer blow' Colin was after [resting this on the open/closed 
system distinction as I fear my earlier post did not make clear]. 
They go on to elaborate their own and not Bhaskar's alternative. It 
is one of the very few books to explicitly endorse RB's critique and 
yet to employ a different political-economic method to him.
