This is mainly a message for Dave Spurret and I apologise to the list for
using it this way (although other list members might be interested). But
Dave, that long awaited Norris engagement with anti-realist interpretations
of quantum mechanics is now (at last) in print. It is in Norris's new book
(how does this man write so much?) 'New Idols of The Cave: On the limits of
anti-realism' (Manchester: Manchester UNiversity Press, 1997)
