I agree  with what Howard wrote.  The list needs a reading.  I take it from
this he has agreed to my proposal and is busy working away at the section
of DPF that he has to do.  

But there are other ways to make the list profitable.  We could do seminars
and have papers and follow up discussion.  Truth is an obvious choice but I
think we have dug ourselves in on that one.  Alternative ideas would be
Critical Realist Politics, Ethics of critical realism, Critical Realism and
feminism.  

But for now I think we should get stuck into reading DPF.  Alan willbe
posting shortly.
