I am determined to get ahead.  I had just finally finished 2.3 and all the
comments and was ready to join in when we moved on - notionally at least - to
2.4 (my even greater than usual delay was partly due to this Sydney 'flu -
thanks Gary ).  I hereby volunteer for 2.9, which deals with some of the
issues that most interest me in 2.3.  Caroline.
