No. I'm sorry. I gave you completely the wrong impression. I think Anderson's very probably right, but I'm not as familiar with Jameson as with Bhaskar (whom I also think a superb writer in a somewhat different way, and I predict Anderson will agree when he gets round to reading him). The point of my email (for what it was worth) was to try and induce those espousing the bad writer thesis in either case to rethink...
