Comrades & colleagues,

I am acutely aware that the ball has dipped into my end of the court and I
am supposed to hit it back over the net. Translated into prose this means
that I know I have to diffract the dialectic. However this is
come-to-jayzuss time for me in that I have to render an account of my
theory at a seminar on the 19 March. So after that normal service will be
resumed.

Please forgive.

A friend has advertised this seminar for me along the lines of 'Documentary
Theory Solved', so I sort of feel the pressure to waste the enemy with
theory like in some kind of Top Gun Fire Fight. Take no prisoners. Go! Go!
Go!

Accordingly I have been wrestling with what to tell the audience about DCR.
In moments of annoyance I swear I will start with ontological monovalence
and the polysemic nature of absence. Why should they be happy?

But I kind of think that the dialectic will do the trick by itself. I can
just see the eye balls rolling up.

regards

Gary
