I hope all is well soon with your family.  Your offer was noted, but I have
had a mountain -personal and professional fall on me and I am moling away
trying to see the light.  I will surface in 6 weeks time, when I hope to
resume my list duties.  I feel terrible about this but that's what life in
the "university fo rthe real world" is like.
