Hi Tobin, thank you for these kind words.  Now I have deliberately stayed
away from 5C or the Fifth Level as suggested in Plato ETC.  I have not made
my mind up about this, but my inclination is to regard the suggestion of
this level as an unnecessary move on Bhaskar's part.  I would have thought
that the Third Level or 3L of the original schema would have given us all
the context we need.  But I need to give this one some serious thought.  As
I say I am open on this question.
