Subject: BHA: Michael Sprinker


Dear Colleagues,

I was very sorry to hear about Michael Sprinker's death.  We never met but
it was his article in NLR that set me onto Critical Realist studies.  Roy
once assured me that if Michael and I ever met we would get on famously
because we had similar personalities.  Alas it was not to be. My sympathy
to his friends and family.
