 Dear Jan, and all

Yes, your project has also been my concern since 1993, but
now my work projects has been moved to other areas. What
kind of working position and basic politics do you have?
For example, if you are working with higher educational
and communicational organizations there would be
real possibilities to initiate new procedural practices
how to understand and deal with 1M and 2E dialectics of the
organization so, that there emerges new processes for
meeting organizational challenges in 3L and 4D modes. I
think that someone of organizational consultants would be
in good political position for doing that with some absented
and leadership groups.

Before reading Bhaskar at all in 1993 I did a
organizational development book where I maintained and
developed tools for workers to evaluate four different
(transfactual and real) main dialectical (causal and other
relations) processes going on in every organization at least
in absences. They were leadership, administration or
management, social psychological and psychological. I still
think this formula or sosial ontology (at least in hospitals
in vocational schools) has been a good and realist basis for
developing realist eudaimonistic social world, and this
social ontology in my book is not philosophically in
contradiction with Bhaskar´s texts. But of course after
Bhaskar I have been able to ground my arguments more
accurately and deductibely.
