To all those complaining they can't get hold of a copy of EW, here is a
copy of an email I posted on the list on 28th April. It clearly tells
you how to order the book if you can't find it in your bookshop.

I went to the trouble of getting this info precisely because I knew
many, especially non-UK people, would have trouble getting the book
quickly, and for that reason suggested a moratorium of a few weeks on
discussion. That moratorium was observed, and frankly I don't have a lot
of time for people who still complain how disadvantaged they are because
EW isn't in their bookshops...

     Many thanks for the message. The May 31st date is rubbish as the book 
     was published on April 20th (I have seen it in bookshops): it is 
     probably derived from Amazon who for reasons best known to themselves 
     work from American data (and there will be a delay before the book is 
     published in the US, although our current US pub date is May 24th).
     
     If anyone can't find the book in a bookshop they can order direct by
